I had the pleasure to meet Ed when he came to my house to fix my XT, a great guy, very professional and his service was beyond what I expected, he had the patience and time to explain and share some tips on the machine, even when my 2 babies were around.

Congratulations on the article you deserve it. You are very good at what you do. I was also a little surprised at how young you are.

Ed is great with machines and is very patient and willing to get you up and running.
I'm expecting Ed soon for work on one of my Dinosaur machines.
Last time he pulled a monkey out of the hat, hope he can do it again.
