Bad Thread

Finally got to the bottom of my problem. The Metal clip on the machine hoop arm has 2 little hex nuts, which had somehow loosened up and even though the hoop would click and sound like it was secure it was not. Therefore it was allowing the hoop to move around slightly which was enough to give me major headaches.


Just wanted to pass this on in case anyone else suffers with thread fraying, breaking, fuzzing missed stitches, etc and can't seem to figure it out.
