I have a job that will entail company name changing around a standard logo every 3 dozen shirts. Going on dark shirts, it means changing a couple screens every time. I only have 4 color press so I can't screen white and the other colors needed- 5 of them.
Can't use a digital print/die cut heat seal won't work. Their preference is Soy based ink-none of my suppliers carry it anyways.
I've seen the threads here on laser transfers but I need screenprinted with a white base to go on 4 different color shirts-then I can screen print just the name of each location first, then
flash cure, then lay down the logo decal in place and seal it which would be the final cure for the name drop.
Have to keep the price way down because this is a 'contract' job with multiple orders during the year.
My database is empty on this-haven't had to outsource plastisol decals for many years.
Any suggestions? Company colors are white, red, yellow, green, blue, with some halftone shades or gradients. Shirt colors are going to be dark yellow, red, blue, dark green or white.
I will also be embroidering this but only for polos, jackets, denim shirts and sweats but for that it's an easy digitizing-no shading.
