Hi guys,
I wasn't paying attention after I pulled my hoop out to trim some threads and did not push and lock the hoop back into the hoop arms. I started the machine and the pressure foot came down right on top of the plastic mighty hoop frame. Needle #14 was bent behind the pressure foot but the pressure foot looked okay.
I turned the machine off and on, locked the hoop in the arms, changed the needle, reset the design, centered the hoop, did a trace and then started the stitching again.
The Amaya is stitching okay but now I get this loud thunking noise behind the needle case. Can anyone please tell me what I need to check to see what is wrong? I don't want to run it in case I damage it some more.
Thanks!
