Hi,
I recently had a malfunction with my motor & motherboard and had to replace both. I'm running an Amaya OS machine and they sent me an Amaya XT motherboard. I put the new board in and configured the machine. It runs perfectly fine until there is a thread break - the sensor is not registering that there is a break. It just continues to sew and spit out thread. As you can imagine, it is NOT econimical to sit and stare at the machine as it is sewing, anticipating a thread break. I have since put in a second motherboard (in case the new one they sent was malfunctioning) but it didn't help. Can anyone make any suggestions as to what my next steps should be? (Besides talking to the techs? I'm trying to avoid a very costly service visit...). Maybe someone else has tun into this problem? Thanks,
Heather
