Smart Designer x3 and other software

The following items are priced as 1 piece of software if you choose to buy all of the software the cost will be $2,044.00. Each piece of software has the book with it. This software is for Corel Draw. The software is located in San Antonio, Tx. The reason the software is for sale is that my son got into a franchise that did not work out, so he salvaged what he could. I believe this software is for screen printing.

Not sure why anybody would pay full price for software that is "used." Sure software doesn't atually wear out like a car, but...

Hmmmm, I looked at the invoice and it sure does not appear to be full price. According to my invoice it was $699.00 for the Smart Designer X3 and I discounted it to $549.00. If this is wrong, please let me know, I just want to sell the software. I have no intentions to mislead anyone.

Smart Designer X3 has been out since 2008 and has been replaced by X4 already (google) so it's value is dropping fast...as all software does-once a new version is released the old stuff still on the shelves at suppliers is marked to half off immediately, then further discounts to get rid of it. Hate to give bad news but chances of even getting $500 for the entire batch of software would be a miracle.
There are several different internet websites/boards for screenprinters, graphic people, etc. where you should try posting the whole lot. Sorry your son's business failed.

I've seen it on sale for that price, but I know that I paid $299 for some of the graphics disks listed. Having said that, you can sell if for whatever you wish and if you get what you're asking more power to you! I was just trying to help you because people can buy these items brand new for those prices--I know you weren't trying to mislead at all--after all you can obviously put your own asking price on anything [img]smile.gif[/img]

Thank you so much, I will discount it heavily and I know my son will be bumming. He was only in the business for 3 weeks and the previous owner of the franchise business sold the software to him. Is this software only used for screen printing?

Sorry about your son--I'm sure he is bumming! This software is art software--you can use it to design shirts, pictures, brochures, etc. I might be interested in one of the clip art packages but since I told you you're price is too high, I can't morally go there--just seems unethical to tell you to lower your price and then jump on it

Take my E-mail down, I would be interested in the software. but I am not willing to pay anywhere near asking price.
( it is kind of the would be nice to have but not needed).
Please don't get your hopes up with what I am willing to offer.
