  • fast frame & thread breaks

I am using the mono fast frame to stitch the tops of gloves. I'm on my 4th glove and I keep getting more and more thread breaks. The first one stitched out beautifully, no breaks...the 2nd one a couple of breaks, the 3rd, more etc. Is this b/c of the sticky backing? Any suggestions?

    Thanks so much!

Possibly....you can always clean your needles before each glove if waxed paper doesn't help. I use rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip. I really try to use the same sticky backing for several so the actual stitch area doesn't have any sticky paper to go through but the area around the design will hold the item in place.
