Selling a Business

[Just Sew It]

After seven years in my business, I am getting some inquiries from interested buyers.
How do you start putting everything together for a buyer? I have done an inventory with the price everything cost me. There is so much it is overwhelming.
Anyone have any guidelines? I would have to work with the buyer to teach them the Amaya if they had never had one.
