It seems like I remember a topic on Customer work order forms, but I can't seem to find it. So does anyone have a good work order form for new jobs I could use. I have been looking for one with no luck.

Helen Hart makes embroidery forms but they have been the same form for the past 20 years. I have made my own in a Word document which I fill out every order. I note everything, color thread, bobbin color, type of backing, type of shirts ordered, etc.
You could make the same form in 5 minutes!Comment
