Dog Paw Magnets

Anyone in Amayaland make magnets? I have a customer that would like to order some black doggie paw magnets with pads outlined in white in two sizes. A regrigerator size, maybe 3X3 and vehicle size, maybe 7X7. SHe was looking at getting 20 of the larger size and 80 of the smaller.

I have a couple of companies that do make them in those shapes, but the quantity she wants is way below their minimum!
We can digital print whatever she wants and apply it on adhesive vinyl to magnetic material here but then we'd have to hand cut the shapes so it won't be cheap-but small quantity is no problem.
Keep in mind ANY magnetic item done with a PAPER BASED image is NOT going to last or even hold up outdoors. I do this stuff for a living-and we use nothing but .030 commercial grade magnet material.
Any lighter magnet will not stay put on a car-it will blow off easily.
Let me know if you want a quote on the 'commercially printed' ones or if she wants to go the 'in-house' route. (I do 'wholesale' this stuff so you would have a profit on it)

Is the commercial grade what you do or is that what the outside sources use? What quantity would she have to order for a decent price on the magnnets that will hold up to weather, etc for auto's? Are the "in-house" ones yours and the "commercial" ones outsourced? If you have time to give me prices on whichever is best suited for these two purposes, go ahead and I can run it by her and see what she says. Include quantities for any price break, etc. If you have a picture of what they will look like (doesn't have to be the paw shape if you don't have one) just any magnet that is similar in the syle/format you are quoting would be great.
