I finally found someoneI think would make a good outside sales rep. Now, I need advice on what kind of contract to draw up w/ her. She would be hired on a strictly commission basis right now. Does anyone have a contract they would be willing to share to help me get started w/ this? What do I need to address in the contract? How do I figure out how much commission to offer her? A % of the entire sale or just the profit part of the sale? What is the best way to handle this? Thanks, Dianne
