Do you charge for a text set-up?

What do you charge for a single line of text?

What do you charge for a double line of text?

What are your favorite fonts to use?

Do you have a flyer or an order form that you use to market to medical offices?

$8.00 for a single line of text.
$10.00 for a double line of text.
$12.00 for a triple line of text.
