Jacket Back Pricing

I have a client that wants 8 different jacket backs digitized and test sewn. They are only ordering 1 jacket to put on their web site while promising me many orders down the road (heard that one before). The stitch count is over 100,000 stitches for each design. I have a quote from a digitizer for the 8 backs. How much would you charge for test sewing each design?

Test or no test, I would charge the full price.

I have been burned by giving discounts for one piece when someone says they want to buy 48 shirts but want to see a 'test' shirt and never hear from them again. I charge full price for the sample shirt and tell them if they order 47 more, I will discount those.
