Boy Souts

I was just wondering if any of you do buisness with the Boy Scouts? We did some hats for a troop I waived the setup fee and only collected 25% down instead of the regular 50%. Now it is 90 days later and we cannot get anyone to return phone calls or emails.Just curious what your thoughts were on this. I guess any further orders will be 100% upfront and maybe even some built in intrest from this order.
