Embroidery home parties

I have been approached about doing "Home Parties". Does anybody have any suggestions on hostess rewards etc. I have heard 10% discount for sales over $250.00 and additional discounts for bookings etc, but I would like some more concrete info . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, could you clue me in- What exactly is an "Embroidery Home Party?" Would you bring your machine to someone's home? Or just samples?

I would think she would bring samples and then take orders from guests that are there.

No, I wouldn't bring the machine - just samples and catalogs.

You could do the discount for the hostess' or you can give a gift for whatever level they reach say like $125 dollars give them a personalized tote bag nothing that would cost you alot, then say $250 give them a shirt of some sorts for $350 do something a little better and so on. Say if they get over $500 and 2 parties booked give them say a lite jacket or something....just a thought!
