My problem turned out to be something our server did, so we had to re-subscribe to the site. Everything is fine now, so you might try it.

MJ - let me look into things later today. You need to be on the mailing list and you need to have your settings there set for you to actually receive mail. If the mail was rejected at some point by your server, it's likely the switch got turned off.
