Email Notification Issues

Can someone assist me. I just registerd here and it seems every time someone posts a topic or responds to a topic I receive an email. Is there anyway to not receive emails every time someone posts or responds? Please let me know.

yes, unsubscribe from the email list and only check the boards as you want to....

Keep in mind...some days this board gets busy on multiple questions-and unless you want to sit here all day and monitor everything going on-you won't know what's happening! I'd bet 95% of everyone has the auto emails and learns to just ignore/delete the ones they don't want to read. That's why it is so helpful when the 'topic' of a new post explains clearly what it is...instead of just a blind topic- like 'help' or 'thread breaks'....
sometimes it's a guessing game until you read the email.
