screw on small hoop

I seem to use one of my smallest hoops the most as it fits the logos best(the 5 mm round hoop) and after a year, the screw is either worn out, jammed or broken as it won't tighten or loosen. Can someone tell me if I can replace just that small part of the hoop that you place under the shirt. Surely I won't need to buy the whole hoop, since the part that slides onto the machine is just fine. Thanks for all you guys do for us!!! Debbie in Indiana

Hi Debbie. In the last Melco catalog I have, they list Outer Hoop Replacement for Rhino EMT 9, 12, 15, 18 and 22 cm hoops. The part number for the 15cm hoop is 12339, and the cost shown (it's been awhile since I got a new catalog) is $8.46.
