Help! I did a very bad thing and I don't know if Ianyone can help me fix it. I was cleaning all the rollers and greasing and putting everything back together when I moved the needlecase. I had the black panel off to grease something. Now the needles have come down and won't go back up. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Unfortunately I think you'll have to call melco for a tech to come out and reset your needlecase. As long as nothing else is wrong, it doesn't take a lot of time for the actual fix. Hopefully a tech is close and can come soon. Good Luck.

At a very minimum, a call to melco tech support is in order... maybe they can walk you thru your options...

Thank you, for responding. I knew it was bad. Now my vacuum won't turn on.
