I usually do my own digitizing but want to buy a stock design on-line for a small project. In searching on this site for the type of format I need to request, I see that .exp is best for using the design as it comes; .cnd is best when editing might be needed - is this correct?
I'm looking for a small (3"-4") wolf's head. I have heard that Balboa and Dakota Collectables do a good job - any other recommended digitizers?
Also some vendors send a CD, others have files that are down loaded. Does this make any difference? I obviously don't know what I'm doing.
