What's the best place to purchase ARC Threads.

Melco used to have a division which sold embroidery supplies called ARC (Accessory Resource Corp) They changed the name to MelcoMart then sold it to Maderia. ARC thread was their in-house brand which was discontinued when they sold the company to Maderia. They were buying it from an overseas company then re-selling it under the ARC name but I'm not sure who the manufacturer is. You may want to look on eBay if you really want the ARC brand or think about switching brands

Arc Thread

Hello,
We discovered that the Embroidery Store sells a Brand that is called Exquisite, it has the same numbers as the Arc color chart and I can stitch with Arc and change over to Exquisite and you can't tell the difference. Toll free number is 1 800 333-9757.

I hope you have better luck than I did with Exquisite thread. I bought a few large cones of red thread. The hole on the bottom of the cone is not big enough to sit properly on the Amaya. Also, I find that the thread breaks and shreds all the time. I won't ever buy it again.
