Many of our public safety personell around here have these done all of the time for many different reasons. If I were going to attempt to do such a project, I would probably try to get in touch with these folks or their organizers.

John, I already have a UPIC#--I've just never done anything with it! I'm not familiar with any companies or even how to go about finding what I need! Any suggestions would be a great help. Dianne

We just ordered some thru RFG LINE (rfgline.com) and it was a great experience.
Found them on Distributor Central, but ordered direct with the company.
