Need Flap Hats/Neck Cape Hats ASAP

I am in need of Flap Hats ASAP. I have a boy scout troop needing them. I am trying to get them so I can embroider all their names. I only need 10-12 and the ones I have found require a min. purchase of $100 or more. Can anyone help?
