Supplier for novelty shirts?

I'm opening a retail store and would like to add shirts that have humorous phrases or pictures on them. I have seem them in other stores but I am having a hard time finding suppliers for them. Language and pictures must be kept clean as the landlord has told me anything inappropriate will have to be removed. Nothing X-rated or too obscene
