Searching for Polo by Pantone color

I have a request for several Moisture wicking type polo shirts close in color to the green in the Italian Flag. I was able to get the pantone number for the green in the flag and only find pantone numbers at SanMar. Of course the numbers don't match since there are several charts. Cross referencing the pantone numbers still leaves me wondering. Just checking with this forum before I order what I think is the closest thing. Anyone with experience out there??
