I got it right from the source after providing a description of my (non-moneymaking, school related) project.

On www.ffa.org, you need to get a hold of Ginny Berg, and she can tell you what you need to do and she will also send you the embroidery file. Any time you use the FFA Crest, an FFA instructor has to give you permission and you should fill out an form and send it to The National FFA Organization, telling them what you are using it for. I do A LOT of FFA stuff and the paperwork isn't as difficult as it sounds.
