No 'offical' color...I do Boy Scout stuff all the time and have been in Scouting for over 20 years. All you need to order is forest green-the darker the better.
It's getting ORANGE shirts for the tiger cubs-that's the difficult one. Always out of stock or not available in youth sizes!
Boy Scout Fleurdeleis is the tricky part...I have a lot of boy scout official logos already in my system in full detail. Don't skimp on detail-make it look GOOD!

Thanks, we were thinking that forest green was the best match but didn't want to keep ordering different colors hoping to get something close. As far as the fleurdeleis they now tell me they want that on them with the troop number,is this allowed or will I be doing something the Scouts frown upon?

Individual troops that want to use the Scout Logo on ANYTHING are SUPPOSED to get permission (through their District Executive) from their local Council Office. This prevents 'retailing' of unauthorized Scout goods, and also the local councils maintain a BLACK LIST of unauthorized vendors that have a bad reputation, bad products, or have stiffed any unit.
So have the Scoutmaster or Troop representative place a phone call to the local Council Office and get that permission. They cannot refuse to use 'outside vendors', but just have to make sure you aren't going to show up at flea markets with scout stuff OR produce 'unwanted' shirts and stuff for patrols and scouts. There is a list of No-No's for stuff like that...no double entendre' patrol names, ABSOLUTELY no sponsors for anything, scout logos must be ACCURATE and proper colors, etc.
Did you know that by National Mandate for many years (and might still be in effect) Scout uniforms were NOT supposed to be sold in yard sales or thrift shops-they 'belong' to BSA and should be given to the scout troop to recycle?
Old blue law...same as showing Scouts in movies and teevee shows...forbidden!

Ok I will do that. I haven't looked for the logo in embroidery form yet, would I have to get it from the Scout Council? Or is it available to purchase somewhere? One of the parents gave me a hat with a Scout logo they want to use.
Thanks for the info.
