who do you order supplies from. I have been ordering from madeira, but they seem like a rip off with there shipping and handling.

There may be some out there that only charge you what the shipper charges them. But in this day and time everyone is looking for ways to increase profits and shipping and handling is one of them.
My supplier never adds shipping on my visa card from my order but they add it later in a seperate charge.
I guess they think we won't check the shipping charges.
