chamois shirts

Does anyone have a supplier for chamois shirts. The button down long sleeve shirts for men. I can't seem to find them in any of my normal catalogs.

Does the customer mean 'denim'? The soft denim shirts are available from Sanmar in several brands and styles.
Haven't seen any shirts listed as 'chamois'for years...

Its not for a specific customer. LL Bean and Cabelas still list them as chamois shirts. I guess they are flannel without the plaid.
