9/11 flag raised by firefighters

Some retired firefighters saw a design showing the lifting of the US flag by 3 firefighters in the ruins of the NY twin towers on 9/11. The design was screenprinted. They want it in embroidery. I have searched online and only found a design called American Heroes, at Embroiderdesigns.com but it's not the image with the flag and the 3 guys.

At www.nyfirestore.com there is a decal, 343 911, that is THE image. But, it's a decal.

Has anyone seen this for embroidery?

I found it among the free designs that were offered in 2001, possibly from freeembroiderystuff.com but I don't have any documentation to prove one way or the other.
