Merrowing thread

We do patches and use a M3-U Merrowing machine to edge that patches. We currently use Designer 7 thread from YLI Corp in the looper. Does anyone know of other thread choices I can look at. YLI Corp is very slow to ship and Designer 7 only comes in 16 colors. They also only offer 250 yd spools. I'd like to find a supplier with larger spools and more colors.

I have been using Robinson Anton 300/4 Poly. I believe they are 1,000 meter spools and the thread is very shinny. My source is Robinson Anton direct from somewhere in the Los Angeles area.
