Yes you can, however they require a minimum firest order of around 3 or 5 thousand dollars and a minimum order after that.

There is a company Kroll International, it is not wholesale pricing but it is less than retail prices.

Kroll also requires alot of paperwork and proof to be set up as a dealer.
