That's a "pear" shaped show curtain/golf towel clip. Sorry, the sun just came up, but I did have my cuppa.

Around here I find them at the hardware stores, Home Depot might have them. They are 'plain old' shower curtain hangers! And come 10 or 12 in a pack for $1.49 or so. IF you can find the 'brass plated' those go nice with the brass grommets in the towels.
Here you go, Aubuchon Hardware website but you might have other hardware chain in your area, even Walmart might have them.
