Cursor Changing

V9 - I am trying to change my cursor to a full screen cross hair. Tools/Options/Preferences and it's the last one. Even when I downed and restarted DS, I still have my same old cursor. How does one change the digitiing cursor?

Well, my big full screen cross hairs are appearing, just not all the time. But when I am actually digitizing or moving an element, it is the big cross hairs. I guess that is how it is supposed to be.
