Looking for contact info

I am looking for some help as I am trying to finish up a big ok giant bid and they are wanting Modern Cap #186 however I can not find any contact info for them. I tried www.moderncaps.com but nothing tried to google nothing anyone have a contact number or website address for them.

If they are no longer anyone know what kind of hat would be similar to the #186?
