Two-Button Polo Shirts

Looking for a supplier who has two-button polo shirts. Appreciate any ideas.

Most two button polos are mens polos. Outer Banks and Stedman by Hanes have some (Same company.) I'm not sure if you are looking for 100% cotton, 100% cotton pique, or 50/50 shirts.
