I went to Otto's website and the 'Contact Us' page has no contact info. Very helpful!
Anyone have a number for them or know of distributors that carry them.

I don't think you can get phone info off the website unless you log in with password, etc.

Unless things have changed, this is a Canadian company-not US.
From experience, the Otto FLex (their version of FlexFit) is for pinheads...hat isn't rounded on the top-more cone shaped! But they were running 'auctions' on full cases of assorted hats-I was about the only bidder one summer and was paying under 75¢ per hat. Some wild color combinations but a cheap way to get hats to test, sell for small orders, make up for self promo, etc.

I have my rolodex on speed dial! LOL
But he's right, there is no apparent contact info on their site. I can't remember my log in code because I haven't bought from them in a couple years...like I pointed out...the hats that my customers wanted stick up like a head nipple! LOL
BUT that is only the 'flex' hat, not the others.
I don't get into 'large' orders over a couple dozen hats so we just call Sanmar for basic hats.
