source of imprinted Swim Team 'caps'

Just got a request for custom printed 'swim team' caps-the 'bald head' like Phelps wears in the Olympics. All the years I've done screenprinting and never had a call for them...so I have no source.
I know they can't be embroidered but pretty sure the topic has come up here before-so maybe someone has a source. Nothing in my Ad Specialty resource list so it probably is a fairly small source of suppliers.

We have use them. The owner is a piece of work though (slightly abrasive and grough) and you are probably paying retail, not wholesale.

Anyway, I thought I would throw it out in case you get stuck and no one else has a good source.
