John, I explored www.footballfanatics.com but I couldn't tell if their jerseys are what you want or not. Academy awards site not it, sorry.

This is the closest thing I have found and they call it a "fan jersey" - just emailed to ask if they wholesale or not. $22 is a bit steep to do in quantity.
