Hat Help needed

I need to match a hat. It has been private labeled for MountGay Rum, but the customer did not get enough of them, so they need me to do another 5 dozen.

The hat is a six panel low profile brushed twill. Color red, undervisor green, plastic slide buckle closure, strap is black.

I have searched and searched and cannot find anything with a green under visor.

Anyone? Any guidance would be so greatly appreciated.

Wow! LuAnn...........that is like finding a needle in a haystack and it may not exist since it was probably done overseas. Why isn't the customer providing the hat company name for you?????The only company I have dealt with that has a green undervisor is Daystone International. Their style # 93020 six panel wool blend midprofile has a green undervisor. As you can see it does not totally fit your description. You could call them and use that style # as an example and see what closer fit they have 1-800-323-2360.

Mt. Gay Rum has those famous red hats done 4-6 months in advance of the regattas. I have chaired a "Red Hat" regatta for a few years now so I have plenty of experience in how popular they are.
