Caps without a button on top

Dear List,
I have a group of flyers who have requested caps that don't have a button on the top. When they are in their planes they wear headphones and the button either gets in the way or presses into the head. Does anyone know a baseball style cap that doesn't use a button?

Contact a hat manufacturer and ask them. Pacificheadwear.com makes custom caps and I don't see why they can't make one without the button on top. Maybe could try Otto or KC caps as well.

My dad is bald on top. The buttons hurt his head, so he pulls them off. He says it's easy, and the caps don't suffer any from doing it.
