I have been asked to embroider a wedding graphic on a throw. What type of throw/blanket have any of you used and what supplier sells them. Thanks.

Ditto on the Pure Country!! I sell about a dozen of them a year! The key to stitching on them, for me anyway, is two things; 1-I digitize a very light grid in a heart shape to lay down the bumpie parts of the afghan(with a very loose density) and then on top of the heart I stitch a design of wedding bells, ribbons, and hearts. Then I put their names and wedding date in much larger script font under the grid (not on the grid) #2, you must lay down a good foundation of stabilizer but you don't want it to show on the backside, so I use two layers of a very soft medium tearaway which is a lot stronger than a stiff tearaway. Also, make sure your presser foot is up about 4 clicks. After your grid is laid, you may want to lower the foot since the area is not as thick now.
