Has anybody used Colorado Timberline? I think they have some very distinctive products and I like the laser etching they offer. Very low minimums and prices seem reasonable. I'd like to offer my customers the laser etched products but wanted to check if anybody had feedback on them before I go ahead.

    thanks

    Hey Tom,
I use them quite a lot,
    Mostly the laser etching.
I have done a few jobs with the digitial printing, with mixed results. I'll tell you some of what Iv'e learned. The laser etching process is pretty cool, but it works best on the micro-fleece and not on the regular fleece. don't use the heather gray because it doesn't show up. It's nice to use the online ordering because it doesn't matter when I order. They have been a little overwhelmed at holiday seasons, when the turn time went from 3 days to 8 or so. but the quality is very cool. WE do a lot of the blankets also. and we have lasered a L/C logo on the polo shirts they offer, on royal blue it looks like a stain print. very subtle and unique, but won't come off or wear out.
If you have any questions, you can e-mail me direct if you want.

      Tom,

I have had several designs done on the micro fleece blankets and they turn out great, especially on the lighter colors. The darker colors can be pretty subtle and I wan't very happy with the Maroon, Heather Gray or Dk green but black looks good as long as you want subtle. Khaki is the best color in my opinion. Ron at Body Cover does all my art for the blankets and the ones we just did for a Rodeo turned out great.

I have been looking into Colorado Timberline and noticed (they have videos on their site) that they use Amayas!

Yup. They have six of them, but maybe more importantly, they have 2 forklifts. I have 3 amayas, should I have one forklift???
