Button/Badge Maker??

On a weekly basis I am getting requests for buttons/badges/pins.....
Does anyone on this list make them? If so, what is the investment required to get started? Is it worth doing?
I really do not have the time to take on any new little projects, but my helper could do it.

I use Badge a Minit machine-started out with the 'hand clamp' and moved up 3 times-I now have the fully automatic machine and can produce 100+ an hour, but only in 2.5" size. I get the supplies from another company for a fraction of the price BAM wants.
You need to hook up with a local small printer for the color 'button face' itself.
Investiment....for what you can make $$ for profit, very reasonable.
