Lower than low (profile, that is)

I have a customer that says low profile caps still stick up too much for him. I can't find what he is looking for at Ottocap, and Richardson turned me down because there are other dealers in my area. (Yeah, I want to pay THAT much for a blank!) This is definitely a case of less is more...anyone had a low profile, low crown, low clearance, fits the curve of the head cap they can recommend? Thanks!

I'm one of the fat heads in the crowd...even Flexfit doesn't quite go over this melon and stay put...LOL...but I do a lot of embroidery on Sanmar unstructured caps because the clients have peaheads...or for the kids in the schools. Very low profile-lower than Ottocap because I do have cases from them also.
Style number is PWU. Give them a try
