Someone asked me about Stafford shirts from JC Penney's. I googled this and the manufacturer is in Hong Kong and makes clothes for all the big department stores and mail-order houses. I can't find if any supplier sells their stuff wholesale. The manufacturer is TAL Apparel Ltd. If anyone knows if a supplier exists, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
