  • Need 20oz Sweatshirts and Hoodies

Anyone have a clue where to get the really, really, really heavy sweatshirts and hoodies? I have a customer who wants something about double the thickness of the regular 10oz hoodies we sell.

I haven't checked to see if they are still available, but Lee made a 'Crossgrain' fleece-superpremium heavyweight we used several years ago for a customer. Almost like a jacket!
I still have one I kept as a fall jacket-its a hooded zip sweatshirt, must be 10 years old now!
I have never found another fleece as thick and solid as this and it is not a 'lined' or double layer material.

LEE has just pulled out of the wholesale market and will only sell retail from now on. Vendors such as Sanmar, Alpha, Broder, S&S, etc are sellig current inventory and then Lee is no more for us.

On another note, Dutch Harbor has a nice lined sweatshirt for around $17 and Charles River has a heavy one for around $26.

Well aren't you just full of good news! LOL
but, check out the Port Authority Line with Sanmar-
I just got in a couple of their 'contrast lined' zip hoodies
for the son of my part time 'helper' and his wife-they are NICE
(or as the kids say, SWEEEET!)
We'll be embroidering them up for christmas gifts.
