Long Sleeve Denim no pockets

Folks -

I have a customer asking for long sleeve denim shirts (mens and womens) with no pockets. I'm having trouble finding these. Can anybody help?

Well, sierra pacific makes womens in no pocket, but the mens all have pockets.
