So I go and start my machine after a long time - and when I try to open design shop v9 or amaya os v10 I get an error window that says "The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."
I looked in all the help files etc. and short of me having to reinstall the software does anyone know what this error message is and get beyond it? thanks!
