Colors sewing incorrectly

Hi thanks for your help. In V11 advanced view the design is showing the correct colors. When the sew out is running it sews a few colors wrong. In the color list in OS it's correct, but not in the sew out. All of the threads are set correctly with correct numbers. I have both "Use colors from design" and "select closest matched color" checked on Settings/Settings. Im using EMT16.
